By accessing and using the Freedom First Training website (freedomfirsttraining.com) and our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.

Services Description

Freedom First Training provides firearms safety and self-defense training courses, class registration services, and related educational content. All training is conducted by USCCA-certified instructors in Southeast Colorado.

Class Registration and Payment

  • All class registrations are subject to availability and confirmation.
  • Payment is required at the time of registration and is processed securely through Stripe.
  • Prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice.
  • You must be at least 18 years of age to register for adult courses. Minors may attend designated youth programs with parental consent.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled class will receive a full refund.
  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled class may be rescheduled to a future session at no additional cost.
  • No-shows without prior notice are not eligible for refunds or rescheduling.
  • Freedom First Training reserves the right to cancel or reschedule classes due to weather, insufficient enrollment, or other circumstances. In such cases, a full refund or rescheduling will be offered.

Safety and Conduct

  • All students must follow the instructor's safety directions at all times during training.
  • Students must bring their own firearm and ammunition unless otherwise specified for the course.
  • Freedom First Training reserves the right to dismiss any student who exhibits unsafe behavior, without refund.
  • Students must not be under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or any substance that impairs judgment during training.

Assumption of Risk and Liability Waiver

Firearms training involves inherent risks. By registering for and attending any Freedom First Training course, you acknowledge and accept these risks. A liability waiver must be signed before participation in any live-fire or hands-on training activity.

Freedom First Training, its instructors, and affiliates shall not be held liable for any injury, damage, or loss resulting from participation in training activities, except in cases of gross negligence.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, videos, and course materials — is the property of Freedom First Training and is protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

  • You agree not to use our website for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these terms.
